To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on property information. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the brokerage or advisory fee paid to Paradoom for the specific transaction, if any.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
